1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wokki Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all features, including Chat, Spotify, GitHub integrations, and any future updates or services.
Continued use of Wokki Chat constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use Wokki Chat.
Users under the required age must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirements or have guardian approval.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure. Wokki Chat is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or interact with.
  • Impersonating Wokki Chat, its team members, or official representatives is strictly prohibited.
  • Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

  • Treat all users respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or offensive behavior is prohibited.
  • Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Integrations & Connections

Spotify

  • By enabling Spotify, Wokki Chat stores your access token, refresh token, user ID, username, user URI, and profile image.
  • Tokens are only used to display your currently playing music.
  • Using Spotify integration means you agree to Spotify’s privacy policies.

GitHub

  • By connecting GitHub, Wokki Chat stores your access token, username, user ID, and profile image.
  • Tokens are used solely to display commit activity on your profile.
  • Using GitHub integration means you agree to GitHub’s privacy policies.

Chat

  • By connecting Chat (Jona Zwetsloot), Wokki Chat stores username, user URL, profile image, and necessary Chat data.
  • Using Chat integration means you agree to Chat’s privacy policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit Wokki Chat unless authorized.
  • Sharing malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful material.
  • Advertising or claiming ownership of Wokki Chat except by the official owner (wokki20).
  • Using bots or automated scripts without permission.

7. Termination of Use

  • Wokki Chat may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or acting maliciously.
  • Terminated users may be prohibited from returning.
  • Termination does not limit Wokki Chat’s right to retain data for legal, security, or administrative purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Wokki Chat content, branding, and software are owned by the platform or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or claim ownership of Wokki Chat content without permission.

9. Liability

  • Wokki Chat is provided “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • The platform is not liable for losses, damages, or issues arising from use or reliance on the platform or integrations.

10. Modifications to Terms

Wokki Chat may update these Terms at any time.
Using the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
